Dr. Makal graduated in 2022 from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He got his B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Makal has interests in geriatric care, diagnosing and managing ocular disease, and providing care to families because he finds it fulfilling to watch families grow. Outside of the office Dr. Makal enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his animals. Additionally, he enjoys local sporting events and travelling.Â
